Based on the development need, learning style, career season, perspectives and gifts, I will work to confirm mutual fit between an executive with me. And if the match isn’t there, that’s OK. I will always recommend the options that will challenge and push the executive most effectively.
Based on defined development goals, we will work a specific plan including the right tools, cadence, and duration to equip - and ultimately release - executives in our charge.
