Why PI?

After more than 20 years of using all types of assessment instruments, the Predictive Index is my favorite by far. In under two minutes, I give three practical reasons on why I've chosen it to be a core part of my coaching and consulting practice.

 

What is Talent Optimization?

Talent Optimization is a four-part discipline you can use to align your business strategy with your people strategy for optimal business results.

In 2019, C3 Advisors joined Ingage HCS to become a Predictive Index Certified Partner.  Developed in 1955, the Predictive Index helps companies identify what drives behavior at work and provides data to inform hiring processes, drive team performance and employee engagement, and align talent to business strategy.

 

Hire and Inspire

PI’s Basic platform uses Behavioral Assessments, Cognitive Assessments, and Job Assessments to inform decisions regarding hiring to job fit, succession planning, coaching for performance, and team dynamics.

Design

PI’s Design platform allows an executive team to empirically compare its business and talent strategies.  The Strategy Assessment is built to identify a company’s strategic focus and its confidence in its readiness for success.  This data is used by the executive team to find Agreement, gain Alignment, and spur Action.

Diagnose

PI’s Diagnose platform allows companies to assess engagement using the Employee Experience survey.  This research-driven tool helps companies drive retention and productivity by understanding how emotionally committed its team members are to the organization and its goals.  PI’s bias for action ties results to proven steps to drive both strengths and address issues that had been blind spots.
